Students ages 9–17 learn through one-hour group sessions at Publix Charities Park. Each month includes four sessions of instruction and practice.
One disc is included, so students have a disc to use as they develop their skills.
Students work through five achievement levels at their own pace. Each level recognizes skills they can demonstrate during lessons. Complete all five to earn a prize and a Let’s Throw! certificate.

Safe play, basic grip, and putting stance.
Backhand throws and basic scoring.
Forehand throws and controlled approach shots.
Disc selection, throwing accuracy, and course strategy.
Complete a final skills challenge and play a round using what you’ve learned.
Ace is an achievement title—a hole-in-one is not required. Completing the four-week outline does not automatically complete every level; students may continue developing skills in future lessons.
Four one-hour group lessons introduce the fundamentals, then bring them together on the course. Activities and challenges are adapted to each student’s age, experience, and ability.
